Now Destinations Review: This year, my now husband and I were experiencing some challenges from a previous online destination wedding planner as they tried to plan our wedding for November 29, 2014. As a result we decided to google other destination wedding planners. I found Now Destination and filled out the required information online. The next day I got a phone call from Claudette Lewis enquiring how she could assist us. After a few minutes into our phone conversation I was already very impressed with her. I knew right away that she was God sent. I never met her in person but I knew that all our challenges were now over. She is a very good listener, communicates very well, calm, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and I could tell that she has a fantastic personality. She gave us advice on the various hotels and their policies at the destined locations in Jamaica. With that, we were able to make informed decisions in our choice of hotel. Claudette did all our bookings, ticket and hotel (all inclusive), worry free for us and our guests. We were extremely happy with our choice of the Jewel Runaway Bay Beach & Golf Resort. Claudette, thanks for making our wedding what we had envisioned. The staff, service, food and nightly entertainment at the Jewel were great. Thanks a million Claudette for coming to our rescue to make our wedding our dream come true.You are an exceptionally amazing lady. Overall the customer service from Claudette was superb. We are very happy to have experienced her quality customer service. Thumbs up!!! we are happy that we now have Claudette as our travel agent for our future travels.
