The restaurant in the main house reaches into the best of French bucolic culinary tradition, offering “Fait maison.” Guests are also invited to enjoy a cocktail full of fresh local fruit at the bar, sit by the pool in a palm’s shade or partake in an excursion to the region’s secret archaeological sites.
